Becoming a Member of Middletown Bible Church

Welcome to Middletown Bible Church,

Below, you will find links to materials to help you get to know who we are, what we believe, and how we “do church.”

Thee Apostle Paul said this about the church—
"For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body--Jews or Greeks, slaves or free--and all were made to drink of one Spirit. " (1 Corinthians 12:12-13)

Every true believer in Jesus Christ is a member of His church, His body. And His church was designed to meet and minister in specific, local fellowships of believers – like MBC. Church membership is a way to express and solidify your commitment to your local fellowship, and it’s a way for the church leadership and the rest of the church family to know who has made this commitment. At MBC, this is what we require for membership (taken from our By-Laws)—
